The team

STRESS-LAB: the triple artificial intelligence

Working alongside Michele Collini is STRESS-LAB: the triple artificial intelligence that stress-tests numbers, plans and documents and builds solutions for complex situations. It works on a database that is a highly professional digital library.

One drafts. It reads all the documentation, with a verifiable list of the files read, and drafts the document without undeclared assumptions.
One attacks. It looks for logical errors, unsourced data and inconsistencies between documents, with evidence for every finding.
One judges. It repeats the checks from scratch and rules on every finding: confirmed, rejected or missed.

Why three different intelligences

They are models from different vendors, trained in different ways: the checker does not share the drafter’s blind spots. Every cycle leaves a complete, versioned trail, and every finding cites the document and the value it contradicts.

What it works on

  • Restructuring plans, budgets and business plans
  • Contracts and legal documents
  • Reports and due diligence
  • Any document that must be right, not just plausible

The three artificial intelligences answer to each other. And all of them answer to us.

Working method

Four rules

Numbers first: every engagement starts from financial statements, cash and real data.
Written outcomes: every phase ends with a document, not a verbal opinion.
As a team: I work in coordination with the company’s lawyers, accountants and notaries.
Confidentiality: clients’ data and situations are never made recognisable.
Personal biography

My approach

Trust is not demanded: it is earned by working well, with precision, when it matters most.

I am often called in when the situation is already under pressure: cash flows tighten, margins thin out, decisions get heavier. In those situations I bring analysis, perspective and hands-on responsibility: not theory, but practical tools for making decisions.

Valuations are there to show where you really are, not where you would like to be. A well-built financial plan helps you see the impact of decisions in advance. Strategy that ignores cash is just rhetoric.
